Are the rewards templates in Klaviyo or do we have to create them from scratch ourselves?

Hello, due to some of the technical limitations at the moment, we are not able to develop this kind of functionality with the Shopify Email App. If the app gets updated in the future, we'd love to provide more features.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll let our team know there is interest for the Wix email system. Unfortunately, like the Shopify email app, there are technical limitations at the moment, we are not able to develop this kind of functionality.

Sorry, but that's doesn't work. Is it necessary to have a paid program to edit text ?

Yes, in-app text editing is only available on paid plans. The Free Plan is great if you want to use the core functions of Smile. But if you want more customizability you will need to upgrade to one of the paid plans. We do offer 2-week free trials of all of our plans. Please reach out to [e-mail] if you'd like to get started!

@@SmileRewards You have inspired me to get Klayvio. Just out of curiosity though about Smile.Io, once a member joins don’t they automatically get emailed with their code and welcome to the club?

@@clementeen Amazing! 🎉 There IS an automatic email that gets sent out from Smile, but the integration with Klaviyo allows your to make the email much more custom and include WAY more info (like program details, product links and some of the other things Paige showed in the video) . You can disable that automatic email in Smile admin! Help doc outline how to do that is here: help.smile.io/en/articles/4036260-enable-or-disable-customer-emails
