Hi Ralph, I hope you are a teacher! Most videos do not help me too much. Your videos though; I get. I was having a problem deleting a "relationship"; I tried everything. Then, I found your videos, they are great and I found the answer to my problem. I accidentally saved over my file in class and had to start from the beginning. thanks for the help but what if i have more than one employee working on the same job as well as other jobs and still and still want to prevent job id duplicaition? hope my question is clear.

Hello..this is great. Question please. Say I create the "EmpName" and from there I want my form to auto populate the telephone number assigned to that employee once I hit my drop down and select the "EmpName". Can you please help with this? So, I have the fields all setup with my drop down etc. I have my Emp-Phone all setup below the EmpName field but I want it to recognize when I hit an emplyee name their phone number will automate come up.

hi... i'm creating a database too for my project... why do you need to enforce referential integrity and what happens if you didn't hide the employee id in the lookup??
