Try this Make your initial character as he described either with mid journey or flux Then use consistent character in replicate to creat few more poses Then upscale all Drag them all to mid journey and click on icon character Much easier to creat consistent character this way

Hey, I haven't heard anything about animal lip-syncing. I think the main issues for that is collecting a usable dataset of animals speaking a human language. Also, cool to hear you took time off to work on a project, I used to do that all the time 👍

Lora models are better if you have a specific character already (for example, yourself). But it requires you to have a small dataset of at least 10 images of that character already. A platform like midjourney can't copy an exact character you have in mind, but it does not require a premade dataset to fine-tune a model.

@@taoprompts Yep true, what I am trying to do is reduce the time taken as Midjourney takes a lot (am creating some cartoon characters). I am seeing that more tools like LTX Studios, Katalist, Storyboarder are coming up which are promising scene generation by keeping characters fixed. They aren't fine tuned yet so produce mixed results. But the idea is to reduce dependency on inpainting for every scene

Hey Tao, I know you're a Kling lover as much as many of us that has been learning with you here. Kling is not working for me and a lot of paid users (as seen in their Discord) in the last 48 hours, they're not answering anyone about this issue. Looks like some poeple created new accounts and subscribed again as this could "fix" the problem, which is obviously financially unsustainable, I have an account with 7.9k credits and can't use it. Did it happen to you aswell?
