I would really love to see an online multiplayer tutorial for the FPS series, as I don't know much about networking. Thank you for all the efforts your putting into the channel, its been extremely helpful and entertaining👍👍.

@@CodeWithTom That would be great if possible. Use godot all the way to create client-server MP game. Or even Nakamura since it officially supports godot now. Godot really lacks these kind of tutorials.

Wow, great video. I totally agree with the suggestions below! Multiplayer and Item tutorials in godot have almost no tutorials on youtube! Also, perhaps links with the assets or codes would also be great. Thank you

Thanks Andreis. Multiplayer and item / inventory tutorials are definitely coming at some point soon. Especially as both of those topics (or possibly one, we will see) will be involved in the creation of my personal side-project, Dreamspace.

How to make that background and a block following the cursor? im trying to make a game like that but a maze with teleports levels. Love your vids bro its easy to understand.

Not sure why but it disabled all my collisions when attempting this. Lighting works though! Thanks for the info

These lights brighten the background. How do I make is so the light doesn't really change the background but the rest of the area is dark?

How could I make certain objects invisible if they are in the dark? Instead of just darkened by the shadow?

Please help me Tom sir , i added a lot of sprites and when i added light 2d as the child node to the kinematic body , and put the light texture all the sprites became invisible
