Hullo Emma, I understand that you must create content, yet while I am leaving a comment, I am NOT liking this video. I will simply say this type of painting is “schlock” art. I don’t believe that you are suggesting this painting style is truly something you should be proud to have your followers do create. I have seen this style in hotels and restaurants just something to hang on a wall so there is not an empty space between doors or booths. I think you are much better than these pictures/paintings. I am hopeful that you will stretch yourself in your next video. I believe that you are a better artist than this filling a posting slot for the KZbin algorithm. Be well and stay safe.

@@Clairelapointe26 Your absolutely correct! I was taught if you don't have something nice to say say NOTHING! I have just seen a slew of these mediocre videos and I am just fed up with the algorithm!

This may be schlock to you and perhaps you are an advanced watercolour artist, but some of us are in the very early stages of learning. Projects like this allow us to practice some techniques and also have a finished piece. I was looking at it thinking, "Hey! I might actually be able to accomplish this!" and have something to feel proud to hang at home. Your comments, though, whether you intended or not, totally deflated that feeling. I'd never be able to look at it without thinking of your judgemental comments. It's hard enough as a learner not to over-critique myself let alone a random stranger discouraging me before I even start. Comments like yours are not helpful to anyone, except, it seems, yourself. Perhaps simply don't watch videos you aren't interested in?

@@sdinsmoor Oh I did think very hard before I left a comment. I just believe Emma is a much better Artist and to have her post this video I feel was a betrayal to all beginners and intermediate even more advanced artists, just to keep the algorithm happy or boosting her channel. She is good enough to paint a better beginner video.
