Is it safe to install Windows 11 on non supported hardware? Can MS block the operating system in the future with an update?

I have had no issues and have a number of devices that do not have TPM and 4GB RAM, they activate and receive all updates. Microsoft is aware of all the devices circumventing their requirements. If they do at some point block these devices, just move them to Debian Linux.
