Hi Lowell, Thank you for mentioning me in your video! Yes the reliability monitor is an underrated tool but it provide a basic understanding of what is wrong, and most importantely WHEN it happened, the exact time HH:MM so then we can compared with event viewer and find the reallly usefull stuff. A lot of IT techs download tons of third party software when Windows provides a lot of useful tools, so I hope this video will make people aware of what Windows can do for them when it comes to troublshooting.

please we need tools to centralise all this events in one dashboard for eazy read it i have a server i wanna to truck shutdown but not to acces in evenwr and create a filter of event ids we need tools to do that thank you you are the best

Is it possible to run System Diagnostic tool using Task Scheduler ? I’m not able to run this tool when my computer freezes up. Thanks

Great question, depending on the process that freezes or if the Kernel is involved, running most applications be locked out of the CPU. Process Monitor has some features as well as WinDbg "Microsoft Store" you have to explore how to use these programs during a lockup but it is a great education.

Microsoft built a complex but effective platform for developers for comprehensive tools for managing Windows, Microsoft sells them to enterprise and many third party do the same. But the built-in are free but limited.
