The seed number is only available in Dalle 3 on ChatGPT.

This works only when your initial image prompt is simple...like draw a boy with less than 3 to 5 characteristics. You can make him change the emotions by using the seed number. however, if your initial prompt is complex and the character has a detailed description, then the emotions don't change at all, using the Seed number. Instead, Ai goes haywire. Good video though, on the subject.

I'm not aware of any free apps that offer the same capabilities as Dall-E 3 to create consistent characters. However, you might find some useful ideas in these two of my videos about creating characters using a free AI image generator, and then applying face swap using free ai tools.
