Create EC2 Instances in 1 MIN 15 SECONDS with AWS Cloudformation

In this tutorial, we use AWS CloudFormation YAML templates to automate the installation and configuration of both a Linux and Windows EC2 webserver instance.
Not only do we use CloudFormation to build out the EC2 instance, but we also inject the user-data scripts (Bash for Linux and PowerShell for Windows), to install and configure the webserver components.
