This is exactly what I need, I've recently released 2 full games on Dreams on PS4+5 and they are both cosmic horror walking simulators. I'm using Unreal 5 for my next game, and I can already tell this will be a go-to tutorial to follow along with.

Hey! When I make a "static mesh" in for exaple your test interactable instead of your cube my interact never happens. It only happens if I have a cube. Any idea why it's like this and how to fix it? I'm basically trying to pick up batteries for my flashlight, but with the static mesh that I'm using I think the line trace never finds anything.

If you started with a blank project you need to create one. If you used preset projects, its in a character folder
