Flippin AWESOME. I had been contemplating making some worksheets as a free lead magnet but struggled to get started. (Blank page syndrome) Now that you have pointed out that we can just start with a Canva template and then modify it I am ready to start designing. The in-depth tutorial is the awesome part because if you had just said "use a Canva template" without showing us how, that would have been lame. I often find myself frustrated with KZbinrs who gloss over the details because they "don't want to make the video too long". If you aren't doing a step by step, then you are nothing more than a fart in the wind. - Here long enough to make your presence known, but definitely annoying. I have saved this video to several of my YT play lists so that I can replay it over and over when making the worksheets. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this video. It was amazingly helpful. At 18:40 you say to let students know they need to use their desktop application to use this because it won't work right in chrome. To what application are you referring?

Hi, they should be able to download and save the PDF and use whatever PDF viewer they have installed on their laptops/desktop. This will allow them to utilize the interactive fields within the PDF file. hope this helps and thanks for watching! 🔥

Hi, I believe they updated it, so you can use the "form field" and select "text", then click the "pencil icon" at the top and click on the text field you want to edit, then click on the "wrench icon (settings)" and you can select "multi-line" and hit "okay." Yes, they need to download their own copy to make and save changes

Ideally they download it, save it, then make changes accordingly so people who fill it up can save their changes.

So that is going to depend upon the application being used. Not all PDF apps recognize the fillable fields... So your PDF is fine, it's just the app being used to open it.

oh man they've made updates.. I'm note able to edit font or font size, color, or font type with pdf escape. I tried using adobe but it repeats text when I copy and paste fields.

Only use PDF escape for your fillable fields, do everything else on canva. Hope that helps!
