The major problem I found is it allows only 8 levels of nesting (conditions nesting), you might think that is good enough, but I have already hit the limit twice in creating approval flows, it create a lot of problems if you check for few conditions and then have 3 levels of sequential approvals, it wont be possible to add 4th level. That is if the customer insists on next level approver getting email only after previous approver approves, other wise there are ways, please be vary of 8 levels, all I say is it is reached easily.

Great video. I am a power automate rookie and this is a great help. thank you! If I could ask a question - I have a Shipping Request form issue. PHASE 1: The user fills out the request for items to be shipped by the warehouse. The user receives a confirmation email that it was sent to the warehouse. PHASE 2: The warehouse completes the shipping and another confirmation email should go to the user when the form is set to "SHIPPED" I can't get the second phase email to work.

I have a set of docs that need to be approved by multiple approvers at each step and the groups differ based on the document itself. Once approved by all then it needs to be routed to the next set of approvers. Can this information be pulled from an excel dynamically

Great Video. Request to make a video to copy items within the same list for "multi people picker' selections. I tried with Array and i could not get to it. It returns me only empty array. Please add a video specifically for multi people picker and copy that item within the same list. If you ask, i can share my flow.

Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'The inputs of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_4' at line '1 and column '7120' cannot reference action 'Update_item'. Action 'Update_item' must either be in 'runAfter' path or within a scope action on the 'runAfter' path of action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_4', or be a Trigger.'.'.

Thank you for this video. Got useful information.. I have a question though which is related to migrating SharePoint designer flows to power automate.. I hope you can help with that as well. The thing is I want to change some existing designer work flow into power automate. Now the designer work flow has multiple stages in it. And what happens is if stage 1 isn't clear it won't move to stage 2 and it will again repeat stage 1 after sometime.. So, I'm confused as to how to tell automate to move back to the same flow if rejected.. So any way to replicate this thing in power automate?

I created the flow just as you demonstrated. My problem is when the first approver says approved the status is always disapproved with either choice. I am not sure why can anyone help? My outcome says approve but it always disapproves it in my list and stops the flow.
