I have done all the steps but it is not showing app password, is there any other method to get app password?

This should work for most of users, Have your MFA authenticated Smtp Enabled? And can you try it again?

If you have MFA enabled for Office 365 (now called Microsoft 365), the standard app password generation method is no longer widely supported for new tenants or accounts, especially since Microsoft has been encouraging the use of OAuth 2.0 for email authentication.
