I think the Pro version is enough. 100 projects, that's a lot. Then 200 renderings a month is also a lot. If you have enough jobs that exceed those then you can definitely get the premium plan. They say HD renderings but I'm sure they meant 4K.

couple of thoughts: 1, feel being humiliated for an old school dude( sk/ 3d max + tm/ lm); 2, imagine clients in future are just a click away from their customized houses skipping all the designers and builders thanks to AI. We need to improvise and reshape this industry or we will be annihilated

Very true! If clients are tech savvy enough then they will be able to use this. But this doesn't mean they'll know how to design or build the house, so as designers and builders, we should be able to minimize the render time and get straight to designing and building. Jobs should still be there if we're good at what we do😊

When I design a kitchen using Revit or Chief Architect, I insert a "block" from the library where I can select the door style, construction style, material and size. If I want to create a kitchen in Coohom, how and where do I find the individual upper and lower cabinets to insert? Am I limited to only loading already designed kitchen rooms? What if the room block doesn't match the layout of my floor plan (galley vs. U-shaped vs. L-shaped)?

Actually this kind of interior software is not something new in China. This is a software from a China company called Kujiale ( 酷家乐). I also used a similar software few years before called AiFuWo (爱福窝) and created some works in secondary school and I used it as part of my portfolio to enter my university for studying interior design as my major. The quality of the works created with this kind of software should be continue to improve and it maybe a game changer for the industry.

I don't understand the project limitation, if I brought the Pro version I got 100 project / lifetime, so does that mean if I go up to 100 projects later, I can't do another project again?

If you reach 100 projects and want to create more then you can just delete an existing project then create another. I dont think you'll need that many projects, especially if you can reach 100 projects, you should be making so much money that you can afford another account or even upgrade to Premium 😂
