Creating a Room
This is an important stage in setting up your CRM. A room is one of the key elements of the system - you won't be able to fully work with the CRM without created rooms.
We understand that the word "room" might not suit your company. We suggest treating this term with some flexibility. For example, if your classes take place outdoors, you can name your room accordingly - "Outdoor Classes".
To create your first room, open the "Rooms" section and click the "Create Room" button. Fill in the required fields in the opened window. Let's create a room called "Computer Class" as an example and add the corresponding description. After filling in all the fields, click the "Create" button.
We would like to emphasize again: try to think of the concept of a "room" as a universal term. If you conduct online classes, create a room named "Online". For a sports school, your rooms could be the sports halls where you hold your classes.
If you have many rooms, use the search function on the page - simply enter the name of the room you're looking for in the search field.
You can also restrict room access for your employees. If an employee doesn't have full access to the "Rooms" section, they will only see the rooms that are available to them. To set up access, click the "Edit" button and select the desired employee. After this, the selected room will be accessible to that employee if they don't have full rights to the "Rooms" section.
