So i think first of all you just stabilize the main video and track camera then you copy it and roto brush the car (car should be above the main video) and you do the steps like making a solid and camera

Deep glow makes only edges glow (thats what i know) if you use color key u color key the grids and make it pre-comp then use deep glow. If it doesnt work idk either

At the point 1:31 in the video you went from a Green tracked solid to a new composition called "floor" at 1:51 in the video. You skipped that step and its been bothering me because i've been trying to add something to the floor of the video for hours. Well if you can rotoscope, track and then all you will need to do is find a grid then yeah :) just place the grid in between the rotoscoped car and the original clip

Because i used a special glow effect plugin that i know not everyone has, but all you need to do is add a glow (stylize glow) or vr glow and then play with the settings
