I created a custom comfyui workflow i use for this animation style in private, originally i used various cameras, rotoscope and after effects. Now i have it down to 3 nodes in my Apollo Workflow. It's unreleased but essentially it involved me standing and talking while holding a wireless trackball mouse. After this is converted into the look you see with my workflows, that is overlaid onto the video. To save on processing, i will overdub myself with matching spoken cadence if i need to extend or add anything in post.
