Create Vocal Harmonies in Mixcraft

Usually it should not be happening. After clicking on ARM button in the track, try checking if the track also gets set to be "Solo". Ensure that the track is not set as solo and other tracks are unmuted. Also, never arm a track which has music, arm an empty track for recording vocals and keep the music track untouched.

If you install pitchproof, you would be able to see it in the list of VST. Download and install it from plugins4free.com/plugin/1853/

I was wondering what the best computer configuration would be for this Daw my computer glitches and drops the songs sometimes causing me to Have to reboot .. support recommended a gaming computer

Gaming computer would not be recommended because for Gaming, we need a powerful graphics card and that makes the machine costly. For audio processing, stronger CPU is required with good cache memory and processor speed. I would recommend Intel Core i7 with 2.6Ghz or more with 16GB/32GB RAM. This would be enough.

Thanks but Downloaded pitchproof and dragged the file into the vst folder but the plugin is not showing up. Any tips??

Open Mixcraft's settings and re-scan all VST plugins.

Upgrade to mixcraft 10.5 pro and use melodyne 5 just drag the blobs up or down to make harmonies. It's better than those awful robotic vsts. Melodyne 4 is also in mixcraft 9 pro.

To much white noise, there are other pitch vst plugins out there Of course some paid , but much quality for sure😎✌🏻🤘🏻

True, I prefer Antares Harmony Engine (paid plugin) for natural harmonies. This method works well if user uses the multiple tracks of the audio in multiple pitches smartly.
