Hi there, thanks for asking. The B 990 is sold through specialized BERNINA dealers around the globe. Please visit www.bernina.com/dealersearch to find a BERNINA dealer near you. The B 990 is WiFi-capable. It is possible to transfer designs from the BERNINA Embroidery Software 9 (optional) directly to the machine, or vice versa. Of course, it is also possible to transfer designs via USB stick.

Hi, I like the design and features of this machine. I currently create designs in illustrator, digitize the artwork in Embrilliance and run them on embroidery machine using small size spools. Will this machine require a change in my workflow or the transition to this machine will be smooth? Thank you*

The dealer will say you can get this much off and say the machine is 29,999.99 but really they say they will take off for a trade in. Dealer never looses money. At the end 22,999.99 and that is the price anyway to began with. They try to tell you it is a big price cut and with all the extras. I call that well you know. You never really get a good deal. The worst thing you pay so much for this machines and when they break you can't fix them and have to go to the dealer or someone who charges 250 for repairs and they tell you is under warranty. Why because the people the dealer has do not know how to fix this machines. Take from I have bought several 20,000 and 14,000 dollar machines and they never can fix them. I have asked several ladies here and one bought the 880 and she is so made because they never can fix it. She is bringing it to the dealer they tell her is fixed and nope is not. The same with me. So keep your money and just buy simple. A ten needle does everything this new machines can do and even more. A serger does what a sewing machine can and there you got it made.

Hello Bernina went to one of your intro to the Bernina 990 sewing machine. The lady that did the intro was named Debbie. Right away she speaks about how your machines are made in Thailand and how they are better at making your machines because they are better at detail. WHAT so Americans aren't BIG turn off. This lady from the beginning turn all of ladies off. One lady even took the time to sleep while she was speaking. I asked a question and she came back with sarcasm. The whole presentation she did this even when other ladies asked questions. She sounded at times like we weren't smart enough to sew anything. There were16 ladies and four left in the middle of the presentation, they were big time mad. This intro the 990 was a nightmare. I have several Bernina machines and this one turn me off only because of your Precentor. I will never buy another and in fact will trade mine for something else. The only reason I stayed to the end was for the grand-price give away. In the future maybe you should send someone with a nice smile and one that cares about who is sitting in front of them. When asked questions they won't come back with sarcasm. For example when I asked about the big bobbin, she made a comment about how I should be more careful in what I used in my machines. Really, Really as if didn't know how to take care of my 20,000 dollar machine and 14,000 dollar machine. I don't buy to break my machines in fact all of us ladies buy to sew and quilt and have fun. We buy machines to enjoy and do for others and our families. Debbie mention Bernina only hired people that cared. She mention she had an 880 and at first she loved and now she doesn't blah, blah. WHAT and your are speaking for Bernina. I say next time send someone doesn't put anyone down and cares about how we feel. We will buy the machine if it is presented to us with love and someone who knows we love our Machines:(
