Check out the band Citizen and their album As You Please...its a true gem! Those Rhythm tones are fire. The snare is too muffled. Make it crack like on your Halloween vid.

@@bananalabs just what i thought! do u have any good recommendations when it comes to amp vsts to kinda achieve that tone? currently using neural dsps (nolly to be specific) but can’t achieve that tone like urs lol

That’s a great question. I don’t generally use any amp sims so I couldn’t tell you. I have used Ableton’s overdrive for my guitars and used a bit of drive with a saturator and it actually sounds cool. An example would be from a few videos ago if you want to check that out. (Not sure if you use Ableton)
