I always reccomend doing it yourself and saving the money of hiring someone else. I have tons and tons of free tutorials that walk you through the entire process, start to finish, without leaving any steps out. When you purchase a domain name and web hosting, you can install wordpress so that your domain name points to wordpress. This then gives you access to edit your website using wordpress.
