Creating 3D Designs in SAi EnRoute

Hello again Unfortunately it has some problems. I will send you pictures. I checked and it is still used. we can not deactivation of license . we r using new computer, because the computer , which was used for this license is broken. so ask you to deactivate license or account. everything is clear, we can't delete or move license because old computer died. so we have only this two options? there is no way to delete it? can't you delete or deactivate account?
