Hey I have weired issue. I made 2 scene one same like yours and 2nd my original scene where I want to use that. so that turret works perfectly in the other scene which is like yours but in my main game the projectiles doesnt shoot the player they go weired and fire some other directions

I know you asked this a half a year ago but maybe someone else might find it useful, when you add the force to the projectile, the transform it uses is probably incorrect in your case. Instead of transform.forward you could write head.forward which follows the player for sure. Make sure the colliders are disabled as well for the turret. If it's not those then tweaking the projectile's rigidbody settings might help, or adding more force to the projectile in case it's too "floaty"
