Creating a Cascade Bonsai From a Cutting.

A cutting from a Chinese Elm grown naturally cascading for the last 18 months.
So today I've decided to do as the tree wants and start to create a proper cascading Chinese Elm Bonsai.
By adding wire and movement, then some light pruning I've set this tree on a path to become a beautiful Bonsai in my collection. All for for free might I add.

Really nice start to its bonsai life mate. I’ve got a Chinese elm cutting that has also kind of done the same thing. It’s a lot younger and smaller than yours, but come next year I’m planning on turning it into a mame cascade. Thanks for the video, good watch. 👌
