13:12 If you don't want to use wire for the feather use starch and water or woodglue and water to shape it a little. It is a softer aproach and you can make the feather look messy too.

@@Murfs.Models youu are welcome. I think you have to give the spine of the feather some shallow cut so it would bend and stay when it drys. Overall it helps to keep you model lighter/less heavy.
