Creating a Logic Model in Microsoft Word

You know how sometimes you have to create a logic model but you don't know how to do it in Microsoft Word? www.richardhoefer.com This video solves that problem by showing how to create a logic model using Microsoft Word. Logic models are graphical representations of why we believe a program can lead from resources to long-term outcomes. It really is a hypothesis, to be tested, rather than being assumed to be correct. Logic models are useful for program planning and program evaluation and are frequently required for grant applications. Still, if you don't know how to use Word to create one, you may not be able to do justice to your program.

Creating computer generated graphics has been the hardest part of getting my degree. I appreciate you taking the time to make this video for what seems like a very simple task, and it probably is a simple task for the younger generations. I am not one from of those generations. Hi, Hassan; Thanks for your comment. Since you are creating this in microsoft word, you can just create it directly in your report (if you are using word to write your report). Since this will be in landscape orientation and your report will be in portrait orientation, you have to do some other things with "sections" to have the landscape page be in its own section, but that's a bit beyond what I can explain in a comment. Or, just create the logic model and put it in the last page, again after creating a new landscape oriented section. Hope this is helpful! and thanks again for your comment.
