how to change body scale of manikin? sometimes product will be smaller than manikin and vice versa.😑

Hi- The manikins are controlled to have standard forms based upon nationality/gender/percentage of the population they represent (so 5, 50, or 95% for example). You can set these when you create a manikin from scratch. You can also customize a manikin form using the Human Measurements Editor workbench (HME license required). So in short, your manikin is supposed to be representative of a realistic human size/height. If your environment is a drastically different scale, then it should be the environment that you scale, not the manikin.

Hello, how did you combine the human and the shape, I draw the shape, then add a person and it doesn't work. Can you give information?

HI! Thanks for your question. Make sure the "shape" is saved as a part file and inserted into the product that holds the scenario, including the manikin. Then you will need to constrain the manikin somehow to this new part file....make sure to use the manikin constraints and not the assembly level constraints. Set the manikin constraints to automatically update in the internal settings of CATIA. Then you make the "shape" move and the manikin along with it by using a track. These steps are demonstrated in this video starting from around the 5 minute mark.
