Wonderful departure from the usual styles that are being shown these days! I enjoyed watching it.

This absolutely masterful! I've always had an affinity for a good marching band. Thank you for sharing!

I'm working on a very similar project, creating a marching band but only have midi to work with. I will be recording a choir, but there are so many good points in this, thank you for posting.

What in the heck did you use to make this. Instruments or virtual instruments. The drums were incredible.

Hey Robert and thank you! I used a mix of live instruments which I played myself and a large library of Sounds, mostly in Kontakt. It's a huge labor of love as you can imagine. Please subscribe if you haven't already. God bless and have fun in all your creative endeavors!

How did you sequence the midi?

Did you watch the entire video? I described the entire of the process. As a shortcut: I played every single sample, every note. No loops whatsoever, even some live instruments added in for realism. Hope this helps!

Hi Stephan! I wonder what did you do to the SM trumpets to make them sound so real?
@RideTheFuture2 жыл бұрын
HI Aleksandar, try running their group output through an outdoor preset in Altiverb! Add early reflections and the sound will get fuller and thicker. You can also send the group output through a saturator like "Decapitator" and give them some harmonic distortion. Please subscribe if you haven't already. Peace ;)
