Do you mind sharing the textures folder?

@@Reagan_Aristo sure I can do that, most of these were just found online over the months of looking lol. I’ll upload a link when I get the chance.

Great piece. Is graphic design your full-time gig?
@CreativeBarros7 күн бұрын
@@RiqueFresco Yes. Although I stopped designing right after I graduated for about 3 years. Recently I came back and focused more on poster designs and helping people learn design as well 🙌

@@CreativeBarros Sick. Forgive the additional question, but as an aspiring graphic designer myself, what’s the best advice you can give someone who wants to attract clients? I’m sure it goes beyond just building a portfolio and generally being active on social media. Appreciate the time in advance!

@@RiqueFresco To be fairly honest, I'm in the same boat as you. I won't sit here and lie but I also struggle to land clients. Although, I have reached some clients by using social media. Social Media has helped me put myself out there and I mean everything possible, Pinterest, KZbin, Insta etc... On top of that I work on my portfolio to best match what people tend to need or what I'm looking to do. In my case, social media advertising and poster design. From there I contact local businesses near me and hope for one to be interested in my services. I do recommend getting into an agency or job first but I also do know the difficulty that is with the amount of designers trying to do so.

@@CreativeBarros No worries, man. I gotta tell you though, in all objectivity, the stuff I've seen from you is pretty damn good from an artistic standpoint. Not to mention, your teaching style is also excellent. Take it from someone with intermediate graphic design skills, you have the talent to blow up on KZbin at some point, so my advice back to you would be to keep making videos. I see you're at 318 subs, but I foresee that number growing significantly in the next couple years if you keep at it. As a new subscriber, I'll be happy following your progress!

@@RiqueFresco I appreciate the kind words! The goal is to definitely keep posting and helping other aspiring designers but also create a community of like minded individuals.
