I recently started a dance group and to choreograph my dancers dances I do them myself (even groups😂) it’s fun yet stressful because we have some younger kids and I’m not sure if they can do some of the moves yet😂

You should do a stretch challenge for like 2-4 weeks! If each one of you made 2 stretching routines, you could upload them on a schedule and help motivate us to stretch :))

For costumes we use whatever we have. For example a lot of the time we’ll wear a leotard and long black skirt.
