It's amazing how a completely free program is better than Adobe Animate, Photoshop, and After Effects combined. Plus, it never crashes! (from my experience at least) Thank you for this video! You're really good with tutorials. 😊

I’m struggling I wanna make a loop in opentoonz I want the loop to be like 5 min long and have a bunch of characters that I’m trying to use plastic tool for. It seems like a bit much to individually animate each I just want like fish or something right now

@@DarrenTAnims I just am trying to make a underwater scene but instead of having a single fish I wanted to make it like a loop of a bunch just looping in front of the camera

@@zzioni9813 you can copy your fish animation to another column and use the animation tool to move it to a different location on screen

I don't know why, but the nodes for Particles FX don't have a "texture" port. I have OT 1.6. Can you help me find them? thanks!

I don't know why that is. All I can suggest is to rename your OpenToonz Stuff folder and reinstall.

@@DarrenTAnims Thanks for your quick reply! I finally found the problem: on the schematic window, there is a small arrow between the FX/Stage schematic button and the "new output" button; it is the "toggle mode icons" button, which changes the nodes from having useful ports to unuseful color bars and back again. Again, thanks always for being the mentor to all of us!
