It was so helpful to watch you negotiate with that joint to get it to fit. I see a lot of hand tool videos that skip that part. So I end up feeling like a failure when my joint doesn't automatically pop into place. But seeing your approach with the chisel and block plane helps me learn how to make those intuitive adjustments.
