You can actually create webhook endpoints right in CRM as well. I am doing this with another 3rd party app to do a similar function to fetch/create leads.

How do I insert a field form the parse data that is a multiple choice field ? I have a field in the CRM that uses deal numbers: 100 / 101 / 102 and so on and I chose the deals that buyer inquired about. But when I get the data from the Webhook it is 101 but it doesn't recognize it in the Create module webhook Payload link data I hope this is clear.

Multiple choice needs to be separated with a semi-colon example "item 1; item 2; item 3"

Hi Mtaatv! To our knowledge, the webhook trigger should be available in all editions of Zoho Flow. You may need to reach out to Zoho support if it is not showing up for you.

holy shit...i have literally tried speaking with zoho about this exact issue... not the webhook but the multiple decision tree. I had it where if contact id is null then do x otherwise to Y. and X would always show empty data.....sooo frustrating. AND i figured based on trial and error that the live would give you far more information than test and debug. YFI my postman following your demonstration does not return any data... i have never used postman so not sure if i needed to enter something in the header section or not? the big issue i am having is zoho checkout not showing the product or service description? so while i get the invoice being delivered it doesn't show me what the customer actually paid for. Have you dont anything on showing how to create a deal based on online payments and auto place your product/service in the deal stage?

Thanks for the tutorial. A question: I'd like to use Zoho Flow to catch the form submission data from our Wordpress website into Zoho CRM and (in some cases) trigger an email drip campaign. Is the flow then almost similar? How would you integrate the Campaigns part? Eg. someone fills out a form to request a demo.
