I loved this video - just finished watching it for the second time tonight. I took the Fields of Flowers online course and started painting and painting and painting. I almost gave up because I wasn't happy with my results. Today I decided to give it another try and Yep - I'm feeling better and seem to be getting somewhere. You can do it! Try to only work on paper (it's cheap and you won't be worried about ruining it) and try using your non-dominate hand as much as possible to stay loose. Have fun exploring and creating! Thank you for watching!

Hi Sherry, yes, it can be considered mixed media. I don't tend to refer it as that because I'm mostly using paint. But, I also use a variety of mark making tools (pencils, crayons, charcoal, etc.) that it can be referred to as mixed media. Thanks so much for watching!
