Gyat Y'all weren't lying. This is one of the most beautiful studio spaces I've ever seen. I've seen studios with more tech and better sound but fo sheer ambiance this place is one of the top. Amazing.

I don't know Crowder personally, but this is the exact opposite of what I thought a Crowder studio would look like. I definitely imagined more of a "jam session with friends on a Cracker Barrel front porch" vibe and less of a "Vector from Despicable Me" look. 🤣 Great modern build. It's one of the cleanest studios I've seen. Great use of Dante as well!

Thanks so much for watching and commenting! We weren't expecting this vibe at first either, but it sure was fun designing his "Spacement" as he calls it. :)

That was actually an art piece that the Crowders owned before we started the project and we just found a home for it in our design. It has a wood blacking and all of the circuit boards are glued/screwed to it. Thanks for the comment!

I am really inspired by this studio. I would love to learn more about how the Synth Wall is wired up. I noticed a rack of 500 modules. I'm curious to know what's going on there. Are you running the synths through preamps or compressors? Does each synth appear on a discrete channel on the console? Do you happen to have a schematic you can share?

"Always On" is a bit misleading. . .it is alluding to the fact that every instrument is "live" without the need for any patching. David does power things down when he isn't using the studio.

How much the full build of this studio?
@haverstickdesigns Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, we don't have a total cost number for this project. It was less than many projects because sound isolation was not a concern and typically construction materials and labor for isolation makes up the majority of the budget.

How do you get black instruments like the synths to be white and still have all the correct lettering on it? ....I realize some companies make white editions, but not all of the stuff here comes in white. I ve been wanting to do this but didnt know it was possible or how?
@haverstickdesigns5 ай бұрын
I believe that Crowder took his instruments to a local shop that specializes in wrapping items. Thanks for watching!
@jeffjeezy71705 ай бұрын
@haverstickdesigns thanks! If anyone knows a good key term search, to look for a local one in my city, I'd appreciate it. I'm not having any luck searching "custom wraps" "tech wraps" and others. I'm in a large city.

Provided to you by tax-free Christian money. 🤦♂️
@RobRuffMusic Жыл бұрын
Only churches are tax exempt. He gets his money through record sales and touring. Christian artists don't charge much for concerts. He's been doing this for like 25 years and only has a net worth of 7 million... Its really nothing compared to someone like justin beiber who makes 100 million in a few months touring. Christian artists aren't doing it for the money, but to give glory to Jesus.
