Definitely my favorite development by far and love what you did with the pounds! But if I may offer a suggestion add the “electric car policy” which would make the area even more green and “old town”

Also... @24:30 -- I wonder if it's possible to rotate that field so that home plate is anchored on the intersection. This way, out-of-the-park home runs to left field won't be flying across the street. 🤔🤔🤔 Maybe a fence along the rail tracks as well.

Another great episode! I've been binge-watching this whole series and it's been great and very helpful to a newbie like me. I have a question though: Is there a reason not to connect the new underground metro line to an existing station? Instead of running that long parallel line (it really doesn't make much sense cost wise) wouldn't it be better to pass it through the station that was on the way and have an interchange station where you can switch between the lines?
