Creating Apartments in the Suburban Downtown

Expanding the Suburban Downtown towards the lower density neighborhoods with custom apartment blocks of various sizes in today's Cities Skylines 2, Cape Lomond series.
Todays modded Cities Skylines 2 build will almost complete this area. This major expansion provide several thousand more home for our cims, and there will also be some employment opportunities added to the build too.
