Your second semi-circle appears to differ from the first by on 10 degrees on the z-axis. This would appear to be only a slight rotation and yet in your video the object appears to flip over along the x-axis (at 2 minutes 52 seconds on the video). How is this possible?

Please apply the same value as mentioned and make sure to select z axis
