One of my favourite things is stretching the limits of what can be done with a single silicon mold - and multi part molds are one of my favourite things ever. You've always heard it said, "That's just too hard to mold, you are going to have to make several and glue the pieces together ..." - well, that's not entirely true, and multi part molds are your solution! With a little time and effort, you can mold (almost) anything in a single part.
I chose a long length format for this, and consider it an advanced tutorial as I go over a huge amount of techniques and tricks, but any beginner can also use this to get started. I filmed this late last year but its taken me ages to put it all together, apologies haha.
** really sorry about the audio going a bit out of sync toward the end, I tried to fix it but ... alas ... still getting the hang of this stuff 😖
Get creating, put this on in the background, and enjoy!

Hi everyone - I'm Facter (@facter on IG) and this is my latest tutorial on how I create my own designer toys for Irikanji Toys.
I've been doing graffiti and street art for 25 years, and have been making my own toys for about 4 years now, in Melbourne, Australia. It's been an amazing journey so far - still have so much to learn, but id like to share what I already know, and learn from everyone else - so please leave comments or suggestions, and constructive criticisms!
