Awesome video, you really make it looks simple, I use your videos now that I am learning my new P2 laser :-). Thanks a lot!

Thanks. The P2 is a fine laser to start our journey. 80% of channel member have diode laser but I do try to make project that will work with CO2 lasers as well.

:-) My brain only holds so many keyboard shortcuts. I tend not to use shortcuts in videos because then it looks like magic is happening when viewers watch.

Thanks for the video! Would you choose this laser or the 33w acmer for this type of job? And why? Thanks!
@SteveMakesEverything Жыл бұрын
Both are great lasers that will produce similar results, so I don't think you could go wrong with either. The Algolaser does use some improved technology to dynamically adjust the beam size for better engraving/cutting, whereas the Acmer is a more traditional design that relies on raw power to cut but scales power down nicely for engraving (though it has a larger beam size)

Nice application for your new toy Steve! Do you need to wear safety glasses when using this machine?? Thanks! Dave

Definitely if you don’t have it in an enclosure. I normally do except when recording
