Another beautiful video with a great explanation. To answer your question, my current plate is largely carbs, then next biggest is protein, smallest is fats since I’m working on strength training. I can see the plate method being applicable to whatever one’s goals are.

Great idea!! I’m just copying your idea exactly on my buio, but I did not understand exactly what you wrote as ingredients to put together in some areas: in the bottom left, for the greens, I can read broccoli, eggplants, cauliflower, cabbage and… ??? And on the bottom right still in the greens you wrote carrots, strawberries (?) and other 2 which are…? And I’m not sure about the first and second ingredients on the upper part on the left still in the greens… are them blueberries and onions? 😅😅 I want to try your ingredients as I really don’t have any idea to how to start a keto diet in order to (finally) follow a correct alienation, so that’s why I need to know the ingredients you chose😅😅😂😂😘. Thank you in advance, you are the best! and much more “direct to the point” compared to my nutritionist!!! 👍👍👍

Just started watching, at first was afraid that this is going to be another vague "eat healthy mostly vegetables" video ... glad to hear that you are on a ketogenic lifestyle. I myself went from keto to carnivore, so my plate just has meat and nothing else. Makes it simpler.

@bulletproof journals " Nope . . . . . . . . Not me ". 😒 My doctor have been trying to get me to lose weight via diet and exercise, ( and I HATE both diet and exercise, so I just won't don't neither 😤 ), 'cause to be honest . . . . . . . . . NEITHER form of weight loss works. And for those people who actually DID lose weight via diet / exercise, have patience . . . . . I don't have any patience, I want the weight off immediately ! ! ! ! ! ! 🙄 And one last fyi, kudos to those who are successfull with losing the weight, *keeping it off* is a pain in @$$, too. 😠😤😡 By the way . . . . . . . I LOVE your designs for weight loss plan ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! 😊🥰😍
