Just a little tip. The train you modeled is subway train. The correct train would be a freight train. (Just search up American freight train) But enough with my nit-picking. I love how the build is coming out!

Passenger trains can also be found in industrial rail yards. They have to be stored somewhere

Yes, that is true. But the subway cars have their own special rail yards which are way different than freight rail yards.

I suggest making the rails a geometry nodes system in blender, so you can do iterations without the compromise of more parts in studio

Hey you should of made the train a freight train because that wont carry cargo, but it is in a cargo / industrial environment. BUT you should also make a passenger train station with that one.

idea for a secret area: where if you board the train you can go to a gold mine or anything you want

If you dont know what the backrooms is search it up, so you should make a game that you build the backrooms yourself and put entites in it, and if you place a bedroom, it will spawn people in the backrooms, and if you place more you get more people, and you can make more backrooms levels!
