i personally would use the pbr bricks, it takes some time finding some nice pbr materials that work with eachother but in the end it makes your game look so good

Hey, Robuilder the last block should be a underground train station and maybe a train that you can ride to the city and back this is a amazing idea for your game also add some bike stands around the map helps a lot for bicycles.
