Here is a fix for this at 5:50, make a material in the material manager, add all the sidewalk mappings to your new material (color, metalness, normal, roughness), create your material and press the apply button and apply to selected parts and do it to all of your sidewalks, you can now delete the surface appearance child inside of the part and now wont stretch the texture and instead scale to the studs per tile which you can also change to your desired number.

hey robuilder for the dirt patches in the road instead of smooshing the tile so the squares inside are small just drag the block over top the other tile with one line of the small blocks out of the other block then drag it down 0.00001 and u have a perfect kinda hole. (very scuffed explanation)

I think for where the bridge is you could save some game run-ability by blocking off the area directly under it with do not cross borders and Make it continue a bit so it looks more natural

RoBuilder, for the trees on the side walk you could get a new model part and paint it dirt and scale it super thin and put it over a square in the side walk and then put the tree instead of having to stretch out the entire side walk!

I have a suggestion. Maybe u can do a trick on the bike and get a currency and u can improve Ur skill to make the tricks animation better and with the cash and u can upgrade the animation if ur skill is low u maybe crash and fall off the bike and lose health and u move slower and your bike is damaged, and u have to repair it and to replenish your health add the hospital
