Kitty you've inspired me in SO may ways: from cloth diapering (your advice of trying different diaper styles and that our cloth journey doesn't need to look like anyone else's has been the best approach), to trying to eat more plant based (the Oh She Glows cookbook is awesome), to your recommendation of taking as much time as you can to rest after having a newborn (this comes up a lot in my day to day thoughts), to a Montessori approach to parenting (downloaded a couple audio books), to living a more sustainable life (thrifting is a huge part of my style recently!). Thank you for your wonderful outlook on life!

This really inspired me to reorganize my closet and put my summer stuff away because we know as a Wisconsinite I wont be needing that stuff for about 8 months 😂 My wardrobe feels so much more cohesive for the fall/winter months and I dont feel overwhelmed looking at it in the mornings. Have you thought about looking for a medium height or high boots? I've been wearing some black ones from Sam Edelman with tall socks, then I can keep wearing my cropped jeans (for now anyway!) I live right over the border from you in Wisconsin so I completely understand the struggles of dressing for winter!
