Creating Presets for the Fractal FM9: can I get a useable sound in less than 10 minutes?

Many people exaggerate the difficulty of creating presets and using the editor for fractal. So I am going to see how long it takes to get to a useable sound and what can be done with the FM9.
Hopefully this is useful to show how simple it can be to even create a very in depth preset.
