Creating Random glitch generator in Max/msp.

This is a lovely patch! I dig the process AND the result, which is rare ;) One thing; I encourage you to dig into what~ a bit more - you don't need the edge~ after it, since it outputs an index from its right outlet, so you just do [t b] or something there. Also, it's a WILD object, criminally underused so far. You can feed it lists of points on the phasor where you want it to ping, so you can build rhythms right there, too.

can't wrap my head around the minus object in the gen~ object. can anyone explain the feedback logic behind it?

A click entering gen~ has a positive polarity, a minus object gives a negative polarity. During the feedback process, the signals constantly oscillate symmetrically about 0. As a result, the signal becomes more suitable for audio.

@@redalbino3384 I had the same problem, but when I updated for Max version 8.5.0 then everything worked fine for me. This might be the only solution
