Interested to see a video from you guys on the body setup at the start of the swing. In particular, I'm interested in how you would like to see the pelvis set up. I know GOATA is big on back chain dominance, and in some of your drills it seems like you guys favour anterior pelvic tilt, however I'm not sure whether setting up with APT is a good idea and could lead to some lower back issues (jumping and tilting) e.g. Zalatoris.

the sequence took me a good 20x and a step by step motion drill to get comfortable with but once i did, i never felt such a free flowing, body safe swing in my life. The results so far are decent as I continue to drill this home. I didn't hit the 'big bad miss.' One question tho- you're saying the pivot point on the downswing is the trail hip, but why isn't it more of a 'pulling feeling' from the front hip as we've been taught from forever ago?
@elitegolfschools
@elitegolfschools 9 ай бұрын
Great news!! Keep grinding my man! Also, the lead hip does ‘pull’ in a way to bounce spiral lines. The main locomotion for rotation in our system is through the upper spiral line

You two are really great. I learned about Elite Golf from Milo, and it's clear why he showcased your methods. They take a little bit of effort (and a lot of practice) to understand, but once you get it, nothing but crisp and pure strikes follow. And the distance isn't too shabby 😂! As a former hacker and observer of hackers! the No 1 reason why they have no space in the impact area is a mental one! They are terrified of embarrasing themselves by missing/topping,duffing etc the Ball there no 1 priority is to hit,usually at the ball I solved this problem early on by working on golf related co-ordination drills eg clipping range peg with continuous 1/2 swings feet close together,the doing it with eyes shut! Plus every good golfer that ever lived can bounce a ball on a wedge,i learnt too! Then they can fully benefit from your great teaching i have!

When you talk about the hit instead of swing, it seems right hand plays a significant role during the impact. I was taught to take the right hand off completely and I was swinging ok just with my left hand. When I try to enage my right hand, my swing breaks down( I start to pull with my right hand). Hope you would show us some drill to eradicate right hand pulling.

You guys don’t ever talk about the feet and ground pressure being the cause of rotation and the pivot. Fair to say in your model that the lower half is a passenger being brought along by the upper half (except for the pelvic drop)? Nowadays with all of the focus on ground reaction forces, pressure plates, and distance I find this to be the ONLY concept I have questions about after watching all of your content, and I oscillate between the two swing models (use the ground as the engine vs the chest). Any thoughts (or a video) would be awesome. Thanks, guys!

So sorry but could you elaborate on the concept you're looking to understand more?? Is it the term hosel or how to not hit the hosel by creating space ??

Ah! I see! We needed to move the pivot further into his trail side so as he turned the lead joints moved away from the ball equaling more space

Thanks for all yr great video.Since I watched all yr video and adopt yr swing philosophy ,I was able to achieve mid 90s consistently.With better putting,I could hit under 90. Most importantly no back pain as other golfers chief complainys.Any good tips on putting? Keep up yr effort.
