Coach, if a kid has 3 races on one day (heats, semi & finals) would you recommend your 15 min warm for each race? He has to be in the call room 25 min before the race. What should he do during these last 25 min?

First race only. The other two should be very brief.

@@jerryx2000 Nope. Every kid must figure out how much warmup is required. There is no recipe.

Amen People cannot do that! Genetics be damn you still need rest and recovery to get to the top. 1000% it has little to do with time working hard forgetting all other things in your life. It is about do the right things and measurements all through the process as checks and realtime data.
