I was never good at sprinting. However one strange incident occurred and this was exactly 11 mths ago when I had flown in a plane. On that day it took me 8 secs but I wasnt able to run that fast again it was mostly around 10 secs.

Yes, the ribcage should be vertical. But the pelvic could be slightly anterial tilted

Everybody ready for this? Here it is.............run as fast as you can, as long as you can, preferably up as steep a hill as possible. Also run down the hill as fast as you can. This is the very best way to increase speed. You're welcome.

@@walid8790then you’d only be running for 20-30m and only improve your top speed without increasing stamina for say 100m. It’s just bad advice.

@@blackstartv2 We have to lean forward to maintain forward propulsion...physics. Try to even walk without first leaning forward.17-22-degree sprints seem to be the sweet spot. And, it's "you're" not Bolt, not "your" not Bolt. What a dummy.

I just watched and copied mbappe. I sprint on my ball of feet. My hill never touch ground. Everyday sprint as fast as you can .(30-40 meters) ×10 times If u cant do at least once everyday
